Thai Privilege Visa
Formerly known as Thailand Elite, this government initiative provides the smoothest paid path to long-term residency, with membership tiers from 5 to 20 years.
What is the Thai Privilege Visa?
The Thai Privilege Card programme is a government initiative operated by Thailand Privilege Card Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Tourism Authority of Thailand. It offers foreign nationals multi-year residency visas with premium lifestyle services. Unlike standard visas that require renewal, income proof, or employer sponsorship, the Privilege visa is a one-time membership purchase that grants you long-term stay rights with minimal bureaucracy.
Since its restructuring in 2024, the programme has moved to a dynamic "Privilege Points" system, allowing members to customise their benefits across categories including Stay, Travel, Leisure, Health, and Wealth advisory services. This makes it the most flexible long-term residency option available in Thailand.
